Hello!

Firstly I want to welcome you to my coaching philosophy, as coach who highly values attention to detail, communication, collaboration and autonomy, my goal is for you to become athletic weapon you have always desired to be, no matter your sport or training goal.

My coaching experience (yes I am a nerd) :

  • Practicing Accredited ESSA Exercise Scientist, graduated with Distinction

  • 1.5 years Studying Dr of Physiotherapy 

  • Working with athletes (across all experience levels) for 7 years

  • Level 1 Sports Trainer & Advanced Sports Taping for representative and local rugby teams

  • Exercise Science data collection for a published study on rugby players 

  • Helped athletes apply for Sports Scholarships

  • Powerlifting elite level placing 3rd at worlds in bench press

  • Hyrox 3x Hyrox events, 13th in age group solos

  • Crossfit RX level athlete 

  • Gymnastics state / representative levels 

  • Oztag / League Tag representative teams 

  • Beach Sprinting top 3 placings at Australian Titles

  • Swimming & Athletics state levels

  • Sports Scholarship during studies

MY WHY

First hand, I’ve seen what can be achieved when you integrate performance training from a physical and mindset lens.

You begin to embody fitness, not force it.

Not the “all or nothing” mindset, but we take pride in showing up working hard and finding a sustainable approach towards your goals.

It takes discipline and consistency.

But not the military style discipline… the kind where you build discipline inside the gym & out, as a form of self respect, not punishment.

Consistency isn’t forced, because you have integrated training and your goals as part of your life.

Is it possible to achieve on your own? I’m not sure.

But what I do know is it’s a lot easier when you have someone to back you all the way, to give you structure, a specific plan and a level of accountability you just can’t get on your own.

To challenge you to grow into the version of yourself that you know deep down is possible.

This is why I coach, to help other athletes push the boundaries on what they think is possible, overcome challenges and achieve their performance goals, whilst building a resilient mindset in the process.

To build athleticism & confidence to feel like you can achieve anything.
